The Medical Record,
Read The Way A Jury
Will Need It Explained.

Munazza Ahmed, AGPCNP-BC, CNEcl
DNP Candidate, University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing · Executive Leadership, Wharton School

I help attorneys build stronger cases by translating clinical complexity into clear, defensible medical analysis from first record review through expert testimony.

Intake — Who's Reviewing Your Case

I'm a board certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and DNP Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, with executive leadership training from the Wharton School, and a background spanning bedside acute care, hospital quality and safety leadership, and graduate nursing education. That combination means your case gets reviewed at the level of someone who has both delivered care at the bedside and evaluated it institutionally against standard of care benchmarks.

Unlike a general record review service, every chart is read by the same clinician who signs the report no outsourcing, no junior reviewers. Attorneys get a single, consistent clinical voice from intake through testimony.

My work sits at the intersection of clinical judgment and litigation strategy: identifying where care met, or fell short of, the standard; building defensible timelines; and translating dense documentation into language a judge or jury can follow without losing clinical precision.

This review is informed by direct operational experience inside the hospital system, not just chart access after the fact. I've worked the structure a case is built around, not only the paper it leaves behind.
